Pipeline status
This term describes where a filing sits in the ingestion flow, from discovery through XML resolution, parsing, and normalized product rows.
The faithful, filing-shaped representation of reporting owners, derivative transactions, non-derivative transactions, holdings, footnotes, and signatures. Parsed data preserves the filing's own structure; it has not yet been reshaped for product display.
This term describes where a filing sits in the ingestion flow, from discovery through XML resolution, parsing, and normalized product rows.
User-facing tables rely on normalized transactions. Earlier pipeline states are operational context, not final product data.
A failed parse should be retried or inspected. It should not be treated as evidence that no insider activity existed.
