Every transaction row in the latest feed carries a 0–100 score. The score is filing-only — it is computed from the stored Form 4 facts and nothing else. The score has a published version and a transparent breakdown.
What the score rewards
Code P open-market purchases, known transaction value above the configured threshold, direct ownership, CEO/CFO/director role, large-relative-to-history, cluster purchase, repeat purchase, and timely non-amended filings.
What the score penalizes
Detected 10b5-1 language, derivative or option exercise, grant or award, tax withholding, gift, very delayed filing, amendment, missing price, missing shares, missing role, missing CIK, and ambiguous transaction code.
What the score never does
The score never infers intent, never claims future performance, and never invents a value from a missing fact. If a component cannot be computed, that component is skipped and named in the missing-facts list.
